The Banker’s Books Evidence Act 1891 – Whereas it is expedient to amend the law of Evidence with respect to Banker’s Books: It is hereby enacted as follows:
- This Act may be called Banker’s Books Evidence Act, 1891.
- It extends to the whole of India [except the State of Jammu and Kashmir]
