Net Metering & Solar System in Pakistan:
Net metering, a technology that allows you to zero your electricity bill for the next 25 years:
For the first time in Pakistan, NEPRA has introduced an excellent facility like “Net Metering” for domestic and commercial consumers to get rid of the rising monthly electricity bills.
نیٹ میٹرنگ، ایک ایسی ٹیکنالوجی جسکے ذریعہ اگلے 25 سال تک آپ اپنا بجلی کا بل صفر کر سکتے ہیں :
پاکستان میں پہلی مرتبہ NEPRA کی جانب سے گھریلو اور کمرشل صارفین کے لئے ماہانہ بڑھتے ہوئے بجلی کے بلوں سے نجات کے لئے “نیٹ میٹرنگ” جیسی شاندار سہولت متعارف کروائی گئی ہے.
The main purpose of this technology:
Zero your monthly electricity bill, and sell the excess electricity back to the government.
What are the advantages of this technology?
1- It is very simple and economically cheaper than solar system, it does not have the cost of batteries etc. like traditional solar system.
2- Once this system is installed, there is no monthly / annual cost of any secret charges or maintenance maintenance etc.
3- This system is capable of working for at least 25 years.
4- The most important thing is that the person who installs this system will be comfortable for the next 25 years by receiving back his investment investment within 4 to 5 years.
5- With this, problems like load shedding and low voltage can be overcome to a great extent
6- Solar system is limited, which is capable of running only a few fans and bulbs, net metering plant is capable of running all the things of your home / institution including AC, motor, refrigerator etc.
اس ٹیکنالوجی کا بنیادی مقصد :
آپ کے ماہانہ بجلی کے بل کو صفر کر دینا، اور استعمال سے زائد بجلی واپس حکومت کو بیچنا ہے.
اس ٹیکنالوجی کے فوائد کیا ہیں ؟
1- یہ انتہائی آسان اور معاشی لحاظ سے سولر سسٹم سے سستی ہے، اس میں روایتی سولر سسٹم کی طرح بیٹریز وغیرہ کا خرچ سرے سے ہے ہی نہیں.
2- ایک مرتبہ یہ سسٹم لگا لینے کے بعد ماہانہ/سالانہ کسی قسم کے خفیہ چارجز یا مینٹیننس maintenance وغیرہ کا خرچ نہیں ہے.
3- یہ سسٹم کم از کم 25 سال تک کام کرنے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے.
4- سب سے اہم بات یہ کہ اس سسٹم کو لگانے والا 4 سے 5 سال کے اندر اندر اپنی انویسمینٹ investment واپس وصول کر کے اگلے 25 سال کے لئے پر سکون ہو چکا ہوتا ہے.
5- اس کے زریعے load shedding اور low voltage جیسے مسائل پر کافی حد تک قابو پایا جا سکتا ہے
6- سولر سسٹم محدود ہوتا ہے، جو کہ صرف چند پنکھے اور بلب چلانے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے، نیٹ میٹرنگ کا پلانٹ آپ کے گھر/ادارے کی تمام تر چیزوں بشمول اے سی، موٹر، فریج وغیرہ کو چلانے کی صلاحیت رکھتا ہے.
What is net metering? How does it work?
Solar panels will be installed in your home / school / college / university / factory or any other place, which will convert sunlight into electricity. These panels are based on your daily electricity bill of the previous one year. Are applied according to the amount of, whose job is not only to provide the required amount of electricity to your organization / home but also to supply the excess amount of electricity back to WAPDA.
Now because your system has been generating electricity for the whole month and has supplied electricity to WAPDA instead of taking it from WAPDA, so firstly your electricity bill becomes zero and secondly that WAPDA has taken more electricity from you. It also gives you a check for that amount by putting it in the bill.
١. نیٹ میٹرنگ کیا ہے ؟ یہ کام کیسے کرتا ہے ؟
آپ کے گھر/سکول/کالج/یونیورسٹی/فیکٹری یا کسی بھی جگہ سولر پینلز لگائے جائیں گے، جو سورج کی روشنی کو بجلی میں تبدیل کریں گے، یہ پینل آپ کے سابقہ ایک سال کے بجلی کے بل کو دیکھتے ہوئے یومیہ استعمال شدہ یونٹس کی مقدار کے مطابق لگائے جاتے ہیں، جن کا کام نہ صرف آپ کے ادارے/گھر کو مطلوبہ مقدار کے مطابق بجلی فراہم کرنا ہے بلکہ زائد مقدار میں بننے والی بجلی واپس واپڈا کو فراہم کرنا ہے.
اب کیوں کہ پورا مہینہ آپ کے سسٹم نے خود بجلی پیدا کی ہے اور واپڈا سے بجلی لینے کی بجائے الٹا واپڈا کو سپلائی کی ہے، لہذا اول تو آپ کا بجلی کا بل صفر ہو جاتا ہے دوم یہ کہ واپڈا آپ سے لی گئی زائد بجلی کو بل میں ڈال کر آپ کو اتنی رقم کا چیک بھی دے دیتا ہے.
Where can it be applied?
The same is true for domestic consumers, as well as for commercial consumers. So this technology is great for all such people like owners of schools, colleges, hostels, hotels, factories etc. to save their profit by reducing the monthly cost of electricity. The only and only condition is that your meter is 3 phase meter. (If not, it can be applied for)
یہ کہاں کہاں لگایا جا سکتا ہے ؟
گھریلو صارفین کے لئے تو ہے ہی ہے، ساتھ میں اس کا اصل فائدہ کمرشل صارفین کے لئے ہے. لہذا یہ ٹیکنالوجی ایسے تمام لوگوں کے لئے مثال کے طور پر سکول ، کالج ، ہاسٹلز، ہوٹلز ، فیکٹری وغیرہ کے مالکان بجلی کا ماہانہ خرچہ کم کرکے اپنے منافع کی رقم کو بچانےکے لئے زبردست ہے. اس کی صرف اور صرف ایک شرط ہے کہ آپ کا میٹر 3 فیز میٹر ہو. ( اگر نہی ہے تو درخواست دے کر کروایا جاسکتا ہے )
