Medical Camp at Jinnah Naval Base:
Commitment by Rotary International and Coastal Welfare Association on behalf of Pakistan Navy to ensure the provision of quality healthcare to the people living in the coastal areas, especially in the context of the Corona virus epidemic situation. A medical camp was set up at Jinnah Naval Base (PNS Darman Jah) and Mara for free screening of problems.
A team of ENT specialists and hearing specialists examined patients with the latest diagnostic equipment available at the camp and provided them with free counseling. Free hearing aids were provided to many patients in the camp and a large number of patients benefited from the camp.
Patients visiting the medical camp were briefed on precautionary measures against the corona virus epidemic. In addition, patients were given information on disease prevention and cleaning of residential areas.
The Pakistan Navy provides quality medical treatment to people living on the coastal strip on a regular basis. The recent medical camp is another practical demonstration of the same commitment of the Pakistan Navy.
