One day a crow was flying around looking for food, A long time passed but the crow did not find anything to eat, Finally, after a long search, the coyote found a piece of cheese to eat. The crow was so happy that he dipped a piece of cheese in his fists and sat on a branch of a tree. At that moment, a fox passed by. The fox had been hungry since morning and was looking for food. Seeing a piece of cheese in the beak of a raven, water came in the mouth of the fox. The fox thought how to get this piece of cheese from the raven and satisfy his hunger. At first the fox greeted the crow. The crow had a piece of cheese in its beak so it remained silent. Then the fox asked the crow his name. The crow still said nothing. Then the fox understood a trick and started praising the crow, brother, how beautiful the crow is to you, and as soon as I hear your voice is very funny, let me sing in your sweet voice. After hearing his compliment from the fox’s mouth, he was not relieved. He believed the fox’s words. ایک دن ایک کوا کھانے کی تلاش میں ادھر اُدھر اُڑ رہا تھا، کافی وقت گزر گیا مگر کوے کو کھانےکے لئے کچھ بھی نہ ملا، آخر کار کافی دیر کی تلاش کے بعد کوے کو کھانے کے لئے پنیر کا ایک ٹکڑا ملا، کوا بہت خوش ہوا وہ پنیر کے ٹکڑے کو اپنے پنچوں میں دبوچ کر ایک درخت کے ٹہنی پر جا بیٹھا۔ اسی وقت وہاں سے ایک لومٹری کا گزر ہوا ، لومڑی بھی صبح سے بھوکی تھی اور کھانے کی تلاش میں تھی، کوے کی چونچ میں پنیر کا ٹکڑا دیکھ کرلومڑی کےمنہ میں پانی آگیا، لومڑی نے سوچا کے کس طرح کوے سےیہ پنیرکا ٹکڑا حاصل کر کے اپنی بھوک کو مٹائے۔ پہلے لومڑی نے کوے کو سلام کیاکوے کے چونچ میں پنیر کاٹکڑا تھا اس لئے وہ خاموش رہا، پھر لومڑی نے کوے سے اسکا نام پوچھا کوا پھر بھی کچھ نہ بولا۔ پھر لومڑی کو ایک ترکیب سوجھی اس نے کوے کی تعریف کرنا شروع کردی، بھائی کوے تمھارے پر کتنے خوبصورت ہیں، تمھاری آنکھیں کتنی چمکدار ہیں اور سنا ہی تمھاری آواز تو بہت ہی سریلی ہےمجھے اپنی پیاری آواز میں گانا تو سنا دو۔ لومڑی کے منہ سےاپنی تعریف سن کر کوےسے رہا نہیں گیااس نے لومڑی کی بات کا یقین کر لیااور گانا گانے کےلئے جیسے ہی اپنا منہ کھولاپنیر کا ٹکڑا اس کی چونچ سے نکل کر زمین پر گر پڑا، اورلومڑی نے جھٹ سے پنیر کا ٹکڑا کھالیااور بیچارہ کوا دیکھتاہی رہ گیا۔
نتیجہ: بچو اسکی کہانی سے ہمیں یہ سبق ملتا ہے کہ جھوٹی تعریف کا یقین نہیں کرنا چاہیےورنہ اپنا ہی نقصان ہوتا ہے۔
